These are beautiful, superbly crafted reprints,

and a great way to get all the old stories

so you can read them chronologically,

in one setting!

(Personally, I have a thing for newsprint and

the original format, 'warts' and all...but that's me!
Besides, cost for those can be quite

prohibitive, and it's hard to track down every

last one. But again--the adventure there is

part of the charm!)

Bronze Gods

Possibly my favorite era of the Legion, due to my age at the time,

the fun and wildness of the art, the dramatic changes, the

costume developments, etc.

After so many years as such staid characters

(despite fantastic stories and art,) this was a time

when everything seemed speeded up, amped up,

more alive.

It was certainly an aspect of why they

became my favorites!
